The Family Experience
Professional family photos allow you to capture your family just as they are right now and preserves that memory for a lifetime. My goal in our session is to be relaxed, play, and be yourselves. I consider it a privilege to share in the growth of your family.
I am happy to offer all my clients digital images. This option gives you the flexibility to share and print your images at your own pace. I also find that when it comes to pricing, simple is best. This pricing is for sessions with your immediate family only.
Family Session
- A one-hour session at the location of your choice*
- Time and talent of the photographer
- Approximately 25 - 40 high-resolution photos in an online gallery
- Digital download of edited high-resolution photos
- Full print release -- you own your photographs!
Extended Family Session
- Up to 90 minutes at the location of your choice*
- Time and talent of the photographer
- Up to 60 high-resolution photos in an online gallery
- Digital download of edited high-resolution photos
- Full print release -- you own your photographs!
*Family sessions take place outdoors at a variety of beautiful locations in and around Chester County, Pa. Travel fees will be applied for locations more than 20 miles from ZIP 19320.

The Family Session Process
The Inquiry
The first step is filling out the Contact Me form. I'll reach back out to you and we'll chat about your vision. In order to formally book your session and begin the process of working together, I require a signed contract and a $50 retainer payment. I will send you everything you need.
Planning Your Session
I suggest planning the session time during the time of day when your children are the happiest. For some, that is in the morning, for others, it will be in the afternoon. I love to shoot an hour before sunset during “golden hour” but that is not a required time. I am available to shoot sessions during the week and have limited availability on the weekend.
The Day of the Session
I will give you direction during the session but will also allow for candid moments! If the forecast calls for rain, I will contact you 24 hours before the scheduled shoot and make a plan. Beautiful images can still be made during overcast weather, but if it is raining, we will reschedule for another date with no extra fee.
The Images
I will email you several preview images from your session within 48 hours of the session. After 3-4 weeks, you will receive a link to an online gallery with approximately 25 - 45 high-res edited images. You may purchase prints through the online gallery and are free to share the images with friends and family.
